3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We may cancel any order if an item is out of stock or due to payment issues.
• Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Payments must be completed via our integrated partners (Razorpay, UPI, card networks). We do not store your full card details.
• In case of a price error, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm or cancel.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it without any charge. After that, once preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible.
• If a delivered item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 2 hours. We'll evaluate and offer a remake or refund.
• Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the order is prepared or delivered.

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, menu designs, illustrations, photographs, recipe descriptions, and the name "The Pookie Cafe" — is the exclusive property of The Pookie Cafe or its licensors.
